Tracking Your Directory Submissions in AIStartupSEO

Keeping track of your directory submissions is easy and efficient with AIStartupSEO’s built-in tracking features. Here’s how you can monitor your submissions through the dashboard and use various tools to stay updated.

Dashboard View

• Access the Submissions Dashboard from the main menu under Directory Submissions.
• The dashboard displays a comprehensive list of all your directory submissions.
• Each entry shows key details such as:
  • Directory Name
  • Submission Date
  • Current Status
  • Turnaround Time

Status Indicators

• Each submission has a clear status indicator to help you quickly understand its progress:
  • Pending – Submission is sent and awaiting review.
  • Under Review – Directory moderators are evaluating your submission.
  • Approved – Your listing is live and accepted.
  • Rejected – Submission was declined by the directory.
• Status indicators are color-coded for quick visual reference:
  • Pending: Gray
  • Under Review: Blue
  • Approved: Green
  • Rejected: Red

Filtering Options

• Use the filter panel at the top of the dashboard to narrow down submissions by:
  • Status (e.g., only show Approved or Rejected)
  • Submission Date Range
  • Directory Name
• This helps you focus on specific sets of submissions, making it easier to manage large volumes.

Tracking Turnaround Times

• The dashboard shows the turnaround time for each submission — the time elapsed since the submission date.
• For approved or rejected entries, you can see the total time taken for the decision.
• Use this data to evaluate which directories are faster or slower in processing your submissions.

Viewing Approved and Rejected Directories

• To see all your approved or rejected submissions:
  1. Open the filter panel.
  2. Select Status: Approved or Status: Rejected.
• The dashboard will list only those directories where your submissions have been accepted or declined.
• Clicking on a submission entry provides more details, including any feedback or notes from the directory moderators.
