Example:

  • You have two products: Product A and Product B. Creating separate projects for each lets you track keyword submissions, AI profiles, and progress reports independently.

2. Plan Limits

Your ability to create and manage projects depends on your subscription plan:

4. Project Scope

Each project operates as an independent workspace with:

  • AI Profiles and Custom Fields
    Customize AI behavior and data fields per project to suit different niches or goals.

  • Custom Categories
    Organize keywords, content, or tasks into categories unique to each project.

  • Progress Reports
    View detailed reports that reflect only the work done within that project.

5. Switching Between Projects

To switch projects:

  • Use the project selector located in the main navigation bar (usually at the top-left or top-center).
  • Click the dropdown menu.
  • Select the project you want to work on.
  • The dashboard will refresh to show data specific to the selected project.

Tip: Switching projects keeps your workflow organized without logging out or losing context.

6. Purchasing Additional Project Slots

If your plan allows purchasing extra project slots (SELF_SERVICE and DFY), follow these steps:

  1. Go to /dashboard/settings/projects.
  2. Click on Purchase Additional Slots.
  3. Each slot costs $47 (one-time payment).
  4. Confirm your purchase via the payment modal.
  5. Once purchased, you can create more projects beyond your default limit.
